Process
Five steps: CNC, sand, laser, tung oil, ship.
Cut each coaster blank clean and consistent.
Ease edges and prep the face for engraving.
Add names, logos, and custom detail marks.
Seal and deepen the grain for everyday use.
Pack and send the set with holder, gift-ready.
Jay helps with sanding, painting, staining, and sorting materials, plus five very serious assistants. They each have their own opinions about sawdust.
