Favorites & how we build

Coasters, flags, and how we make them

Coasters stay our best sellers for everyday tables. We also make reclaimed-wood flags and smaller keepsakes, built to last.

Most popular: redwood coasters + holder

Custom redwood coasters with holder

Each coaster is cut to nest cleanly in the holder, engraved with your names or logos, then oiled and sealed so the set is ready for daily drinks and easy gifting.

  • Precision cut: every coaster matches the holder
  • Your details: names, logos, and custom engraving
  • Protected finish: tung oil and a hand-sealed surface for real-world use

Also available: reclaimed-wood flag

Reclaimed-wood American flags

We shape each flag with care, assemble it fully, then stain it by hand. Reclaimed wood means no two flags look quite the same on your wall.

  • Shaped layout: clean lines, stars, and repeatable detail you can count on
  • Hand-finished: stain applied by hand after the flag is assembled
  • Wall presence: rich tone and clear stars that still look sharp from across the room

Process

Flags are assembled first, then stained by hand so tone and grain look right on the wall. Coasters are cut to size first, then engraved with your custom details before we seal them.

How we make it

CNC process

Precision-cut structure for flags and coaster blanks

Flags use CNC for layout and carved detail, with hand-finishing after the piece is assembled. Coaster sets are CNC-cut for clean, consistent shape.

Where it’s used: flags + coaster bases

Laser engraving process

Detailed marks for custom coaster sets

Laser is used for names, logos, and monograms on coaster sets.
